Build a sporting nation
At Paris 2024 the United States won 126 Olympic medals, China 91, the Netherlands 34 and India 6. Each leading nation built a system: college sport in the US, mass talent identification and play spaces in China, and volunteer community clubs in the Netherlands.
Take the grassroots pledge as a parent, school, panchayat, company or fan. Nominate a local star, list a local tournament in the community calendar, or sponsor a budding athlete for kit, a season or a full year.
